So after living here for a year, we finally made it over to the Beach for a day. Our Friends the Gortons were here visiting, so we made it a girls day out. It was a GREAT day!! It was windy so it made a nice surf to play in.
The girls could barely wait to run right into the water.
Emily decided after being dunked by a big wave that she preferred to stay on the sand.
After much fun playing in the water we decided to walk over to the pier.
Ok...so we walked all the way down the beach got to the pier only to find out it cost $1.00 each to walk out on the pier!! Needless to say...none of us had any money so back down the beach we went!!

It was SOO much fun...can't wait to do it again!
